are some tabs pressed so hard they dont break down??

You don’t want any risk of tablets breaking inside the bottle so you would use chemical fillers and make sure that the tablets are compressed extra hard, even if it means they aren’t broken down as well in the gastrointestinal tract (or at all).

I was reading one of poliquins articles, not because I believe all he says, but because I will listen to anyone who gives an education opinion. He says the above quote.

Do you think there is any truth to this? Is it possible that some vitams, or AAS tabs, could be pressed so hard they do not absorb as well? Especially with all the UG labs out there making orals.

Would it be best to stick with caps, or is this just more BS from Poliquin?

I believe he is talking more about the synthetic vitamins like Centrum, One a Day, etc..Some of those look like they have been painted with paint, all shiny and pretty

That's easy to test. Just drop the tab into a glass of water and see how long it takes to dissolve. If it dissolves within 90 minutes then you can be fairly sure that when it reaches your duodenum it will be dissolved.

IP makes VERY hard tabs! when going to the toilet you can hear the tabs falling.
Here in Europe most doenst like the hard ones from IP and all choose for other labs who makes better tabs.

IPs hard press tabs are great IMO...the post can rough up parcels a lot and tabs often crumble...for example the soft clomids break a lot even when you pop them out of the blister...grind the tabs up with your teeth like the big boys do it there aint nothing to it ...Alex
