You don’t want any risk of tablets breaking inside the bottle so you would use chemical fillers and make sure that the tablets are compressed extra hard, even if it means they aren’t broken down as well in the gastrointestinal tract (or at all).
I was reading one of poliquins articles, not because I believe all he says, but because I will listen to anyone who gives an education opinion. He says the above quote.
Do you think there is any truth to this? Is it possible that some vitams, or AAS tabs, could be pressed so hard they do not absorb as well? Especially with all the UG labs out there making orals.
Would it be best to stick with caps, or is this just more BS from Poliquin?
