Im kinda confused on when to throw aromosin into a cycle. For the most part, everybody runs adex .25ed or .5eod during cycle. When would you use aromosin? During PCT? Can you run during cycle instead of adex?

You can use exemestane (aromasin) anywhere you would use anastrozole (arimidex). They are both aromatase inhibitors, i.e. they both interrupt the body's synthesis of estrogen from androgens. The principal difference between the two is that anastrozole inhibits the aromatase enzyme by competing with estrogen for the opportunity to bind to aromatase and its binding can be reversed. That is to say, aromatase bound anastrazole can be dislodged, making the aromatase free to bind to its natural substrate (androgens) thereby allowing estrogen to form. In practical terms this means that "estrogen rebound" is possible with anastrozole. On the other hand exemestane also competes for binding with androgens but its binding is irreversible, it is a suicide aromatase inhibitor, i.e. it permanently deactivates the aromatase it binds to. For this reason, exemestane is the superior AI as its effects are longer lasting and there will be no rebound from freed aromatase.
This question -- however -- is better placed in the "Beginner's Forum".
Yes you can do that. It won't matter, but in the future it would be better to use exemestane throughout the cycle and continue with it for at least two weeks post-cycle. The switch just means that there will be brief period -- whilst the exemestane reaches stable plasma levels -- when your estrogen will spike.
