who's supersetting arm's

i will try it but i think you will lose some power when supersetting bi and tri so will it be better to train on 10-15 reps range with more volume and with moderate weight ?

i always trained bi and tri with low volume and heavy weight so i don't know if it's a good idea. many guys and pro train with supersets.
maybe it's good for my joints

I always train arms together and often superset. But I super set bi's w/ tri's not bi w/ bi or tri w/ tri. I feel my arms are above average.

When training high rep/volumes I like to super set arms. Tricep pushdowns and bicep curls, superset 12 reps and x sets..

I superset my arms every once in a while. The problem is that by the time I get done with my first exercise I am so winded and tired out, that my second isen't as intense as I'd like it to be.

Try this........Train arms as a whole, meaning tri's and bi's but instead of supersetting do this

Do a set of whatever you do for tri's then take a 1 minute rest. Then go and do a set for bi's. Take another minute and then do your next set for tri's, 1 minute then bi's etc, until you have done all the sets for that exercise. Move on to the next exercise and do the same. It will creats an awesome pump and you will actually get stronger as you train, because each muscle group is now getting a longer break between sets, but you are still working in your rest periods.

Give it a try. You will like it!!

I was gonna say the same thing

I also do this method for chest and back....works great. Old guys think alike.

Its arms tonight, so I will give this a go. Thanks oldella.:)

I do a heavy movement like barbell curls and then go over and do lighter movement like pushdowns...Then my next set of exercise I do a heavy tricep movement like close grip bench and a lighter bicep movement like machine preacher curls or dumbell preacher curls...THis whay I am never trying to do to heavy movements at the same time

Looks real familiar to me also :)
