aromitization question

i looked around and maybe im just not understanding what ive read but can someone explain how compounds aromitize in the body? is the process different for different compounds or is the process basically the same with the end product being different depending on the make up of each compound?

Nobody seems to know so I guess just use adex during cycle to prevent it.
