Hey bro's, finally got back from overseas and ready to get my ass back in the gym.
Lost 22lbs while gone. No test, no Fina (DAMN IT!) nothing for over 4 months. Hell, the food wasn't even up to par. No internet, and 2 crappy TV channels.
Needless to say I'm glad to be back in the good ole USA! Gimme my gear, and girls.
Time to sit back down at the drawing board and decide what to use this time. Anything new on the market? I always liked being a lab rat.
Anyhow, i'm happy to be back on the board and offering my insight and all that junk.
Time to slap on some beef this winter!
