Back from the killer Virus!

Ok it's been about a week or more since I posted about this virus that had a hold on me big time. Well I'm almost back 100%, just on the tail end of it...literally! I lost about 8lbs down to 213lbs now which I wanted to loose any way just not like this. I just wanted to thank all of you who kept me in your prayers. God bless you all and now its back to life!

What type of virus was it? not MRSA I hope.

I had a cold from hell the past week or so also. I haven't even been able to train.
I was going 6 days a week before. =(

the good news. instead of paying $45 for a z-pack i got it for $4.

I just had that virus too. I was sick for a week then went and got a z-pack also and finally it went away.
