man I came off my contest diet and gain about 30lbs back on now I cant stand up for to long because my back is tight as hell. is this the norm?

225 to 250 in about 1 weeks and alot of water.

Very normal

And unhealthy! But thats how we do it. Only did that once after my 1st show. Never again.

Very normal especially if you used diuretics or a sodium deplete.

thats a under statment, my show got put off because of that huracane so I had to stay on aladactone and depleat a extra 3 days because I though they would have it the next weekend. but I got word on wed that it was cancled all together.

Diuretic "rebound" can be nasty!! I drank 2 bottles of Pedialyte right after my contest, which was suppose to prevent rebound - and it did for me!

yea I am going to have to start pushing more water down and eating low carbs and more clean. I cant take this anymore. My weight was 265lbs today that up from 225 on the 23rd. I cant even walk without sucking wind.

i did too excel but it did nothing for me. gain 28lbs in 24 hours. i guess thats my fault though.

Try this

Pumped,
I know exactly what you are going through I seem to have a difficult back. This is a little different than your problem but I think it may help you out.
I went to my ART therapist finaly about my back pain when doing Deads squats and bent rows, it gets so bad I can barely breath. Well he said A LOT of bodybuilders have super super tight glutes and over time scar tissue developes.

WEll anyways to the point Try really stretching out your glutes and hamstrings. This has helped me greatly and it may alleviate some of your pain.
