You guys prefer splitting width and thickness or do it all in one workout?

All in one. My back is one of my stronger bodyparts so no need to split it up imo

Using Mag Bars and splitting it in 2 sessions really made a difference .. My back is by far my best body part...

I just started "Creeping Death" from John Meadows and I've been having great workouts.

I think splitting then into a thickness day and width day but hitting the back 2x a week will make a great progress.

The Mag bars are definitely a great addition if your gym has them or you want to invest in them.

I do two back workouts, but I do a heavy day and a volume day.

Up until very recently I would split it width and thickness and I feel it really helped. My recovery for my back is pretty solid so I had no issues doing this and feel that back is one of my better parts on stage now.
