Rows bro.... barbel rows and dumbells... you want to row with intensity...

and dont sacrifice form... im assuming your a beginner.... so you if your just getting started really train with intensity and control of the weight..

Pull ups, Barbel Rows and dumbel rows works for me. I think that pull ups should be in every back routine. But thats just my opinion.
