i had the same problem ..at first i thought its was the milk..second and third time.i figure its the combo...man its sick to rush to bathroom when out door..
Yeah, fruit has a very distinct funk to it when it ferments in your guts and then you let it loose into the world. Try this, eat a nice juicy ribeye steak and then immediately chow down as much as you can of any type of fruit and see what happens. And some folks don't believe in the validity of practicing proper food combining for optimal digestion and nutrient assimilation.

I saw this the other day. I had to laugh at the recommended replacement for Raisin Bran -- 1 cup of All Bran with a few raisins. You'd never get out of the bathroom the next day much less out the door.
