Thanks. Diet - Eat, learn to find ways to stimulate appetite, use food as an anabolic! Find the macros that will make you progress, and make sure training is in line that you utilize food and body demands food more often. Training - Kickstarted with MTNDG1 4 day split that was super intense and really got the muscles firing...switched over to a lower volume 4 day split, beat your workout from last week, be progressive and do not overtrain!
