hey man, im not too much older than you, im 23, but i have learned a few things, with the help of some people on these boards, i think phil might of been on of the biggest influences on this topic.
your young, you will never be a pro(thats not an insult), just have fun. workout, get big, stay in shape, whatever it is you wanna do. im not saying to drink like a fish every night, but if you decide to get your buzz on every once in a while, do it!!! the weights will always be there but your young age and having fun is only once. like i said, im not saying become a mess, quit working out, and start doing heavy drugs, but do what you wanna do even if it might slightly effect your bodybuilding goals.
