- No super supplements, just some "volumizers" and switching from muscle milk to ON whey, Aminovol and some type of mass cycle from NxCare (never heard of that)
- You don't have a set routine, you just go in and train however you like, whenever you like
- You don't seem to have a set diet, other than being conssitent with the protein
- In less than 2 months you transformed from Swimmer to Builder??!!
