NIce transformation, but the pic looks a litlte funny to me, like you took a photo of a photo or something. It looks as if the bottom half comes inward, and the upper half goes outward... like an inverted trapezoid.

But you definitely did transform! How did you do it?

Supps..nothing big, some mass cycle from NxCare..had like a vasodilator, some 'natural testosterone maximizer' (which I believe was bullshit), and Aminovol, which actually worked pretty well.

Other than that, instead of training every day like I used to, I just cut back to around 3 days a week, sometimes 4, and ate a lot more.

Also switched protein from Muscle Milk to ON's whey. 2 on off days, 3 on on.

And yes, HS does (did) stand for high school, but I just graduated. :D

Nah, I dont have anywhere to get it from. Not even 18 yet, so I can't even order it overseas myself. And I don't know anyone around here that could help. I figure 17 is a little young to start with gear anyway. Maybe 21 or so. :p
 
To be honest, I don't have a set one right now. Usually chest monday, legs wednesday, and back friday, and fit everything else in when I can. I'm looking for a routine that I could use at the moment. Open for suggestions.
 
how long were you on those supplements that you took?

the mass cycle etc. . . . . .

and yeah you don't need to use gear at 17 not even 21

- No super supplements, just some "volumizers" and switching from muscle milk to ON whey, Aminovol and some type of mass cycle from NxCare (never heard of that)

- You don't have a set routine, you just go in and train however you like, whenever you like

- You don't seem to have a set diet, other than being conssitent with the protein

- In less than 2 months you transformed from Swimmer to Builder??!!

You are either a natural freak or completely pulling our legs here! I'd love to see you take have a CC of Primo, you'd probably gain 80 pounds!! LOL!!
