Introduction
I am about to turn 43 years old and have been into bodybuilding on and off ever since I was twelve years old. When I was a teenager people would “accuse” me of juicing when i had never pondered such a thing. It was strange to me because while I was progressing I couldn’t see how anyone would come to that conclusion. However I was progressing and that was a powerfull concept:
That through hard work I could, over time, shape my body in a way that I found pleasing.
For me that is what BBing is about at its core... life in general really. It’s about this awesome and powerful idea that you can change yourself in almost any way imaginable (not just outward appearance) if you TRY. BBing for me is an expression of the fire that’s inside you that proves YOU ARE ALIVE!
And so the last five years I’ve been on life support... No fire. No I inner drive... it’s a sad state to be in. The good news is I can change that
