so i have issuses with my stomach..would high intensity traning twice a week work good to burn some fat? Im thinking 2min sprits with 30second walks.

How about some more info?

Nutrition is probably where you're faltering. But not knowing anything about you or your workouts, nutrition, etc.... Noone can give you advice.
 
It is your diet and getting your bodyfat lower.
 
Defintely need more info but it your a little overwieght I would stay away from sprints. Try different cardio like running stairs at a steady pace and its good leg workout too. Why would you sprint? Why not just jog or do hill work in a treadmill.

He is talking about HIIT cardio training and it is quite effective.
 
You mentioned belly fat... remember, too, that there is no spot reduction. It is genetically determined where you store fat first and lose it last. Just clean up your diet and add some cardio. The belly fat willl go, sooner or later.
 
interval cardio training is very effective in decreading body fat...i do 1 min. at a comfortable walk on 0% incline on a treadmill, then do 2 min at at least 12% incline and a very fast pace walk...whenever i am trying to decrease body fat i always use interval training
 
I am in no way suggesting that you try helios, but if you do, let us know how it works out....
I am very curious if spot reduction is actually doable.
 
my diet basically is 4 to 6 egg whites cup of oats scoop of natty peanut butter with a protein shake. then lunch i eat chicken with a couple servings of rice. then for a snack in between that time ill have tilapia or salmon.then dinner a lot of chicken or fish with baked potatoe and rice.

Diet/Cardio/Weights

Everyone is pretty much saying the same thing. You have to be eating clean to lose body fat. There are NO drugs/supplements that can help you out if you do not do your part.

I personally do like HIIT.
 
from what you posted about your diet, that's where i would focus. HIIT is great no doubt but IMO you need to drop the late day carbs down. good luck
 
yes i would agree i do need to lower the cabs at night..the problem is i sleep in till about 11 and dont go to sleep till about 2 so i get hungry after dinner.

you can have a late snack but make it protein and fat with no carbs. maybe a moderate size shake with whey protein and some EVOO mixed in.

Lower abdomen? or love handle are? (or both?)

what is your height, weight, age, bodyfat %?

I would say that qualitatively speaking...you are right here. The food choices are great, but that is only the first portion of effort. It would be best if you could provide some macro totals etc

Make sure E2 levels are in check too....this too often overlooked
