so i have issuses with my stomach..would high intensity traning twice a week work good to burn some fat? Im thinking 2min sprits with 30second walks.

Defintely need more info but it your a little overwieght I would stay away from sprints. Try different cardio like running stairs at a steady pace and its good leg workout too. Why would you sprint? Why not just jog or do hill work in a treadmill.
my diet basically is 4 to 6 egg whites cup of oats scoop of natty peanut butter with a protein shake. then lunch i eat chicken with a couple servings of rice. then for a snack in between that time ill have tilapia or salmon.then dinner a lot of chicken or fish with baked potatoe and rice.
yes i would agree i do need to lower the cabs at night..the problem is i sleep in till about 11 and dont go to sleep till about 2 so i get hungry after dinner.
