full 365x2 405x1 no touch on any of them, 405 was a sorry rep.

The 455 2bd flew up so I was surprised how pathetic the 405 full range rep was.

We have a 21 year old drug free kid who who weighs 215 and just benched 740 off 2 boards. Yeah you read that right. He has not benched 600 in a meet! I could tell you stories of big name benchers who took over 900 on 2 boards and bombed with 771. The moral of the story is.......unless your going to a contest where you will be benching off boards, get rid of them. You need to learn how to touch the weight! End of story! I would use a 1 board to break in a shirt, but the groove is different with no boards. There are a million guys who have a lot of trouble touching, 2 boards is 3 inches off your chest and the boards are hard and your fleash is not. Don't take this as a flame, I see this all the time and I was one of those board guys. Paul Childress and I got rid of the boards and we touch everything. Paul touches 500 and benches 700 and I touch 405 and bench 585 with a shirt. Get good in your equipment!
