A cop that works out at my gym benched 500lbs for a rep tonight....then dropped it down to 405 and did 8 more reps followed by drop down to 315 for a few more......no belt..no wraps....That's pretty balls out.....he's only 26 now...I'm sure he'll feel those max benches later in life....
