I did this for 23 without a spot 2 weeks ago and now I got the chance to make a video and I pussed out. No I am just fine, I rested the bar until my camera man saved me. Take care, wedge
 
21 reps thats pretty dame good. My goal is to hit 20. I got 13 last week, tried again today but felt one of those "you should stop lifting now or your going to tear something" feelings in my left shoulder. Still hadn't recovered from military presses on fri.

You made that 315 look like it weighted nothing

I have a buddy that is going for max reps with 225

I'll show him this to piss him off and motivate him!

It's funny how fast you hit a wall...feels good and you are moving along just fine, then BAM it is like you are pushing against the wall.

Pretty impressive Wedge. Question: What do you feel pooped out, I'm guessing the tri's? It seems when I hit a wall so quickly the invariably it is my tri's abandoning ship, while my pect/shoulders could perhaps squeeze it out.

My number of reps is actually quite similar to yours as they were both expressed in a base ten number system.

Truthfully, I have done twenty plus reps a number of times, in we accept zero as being a number.

20+ reps and 50 reps with 225, thats crazy bro.

Do you incorporate endurance/high rep work into your training? Or do you just decide to test yourself once in a blue moon for shits and giggles and video tape it?

I was thinking of doing some high rep squatting, but I couldn't decide if I should stick with 20 reps and keep increasing the weight weekly, or stick with the same weight, my bodyweight, and increase the reps weekly.

I incororate high reps once a month. I very seldom max rep but I can still hit well over 500 but I feel so much more out of repping. I am not into power lifting with bench shirts. Just raw stuff.
