Hello this is my first post. I really like this site.
My question is. What is the consensus on best items for endurance?
I race vet mx and need endurance for high output for 20-25 minutes.
I have my cardio and training in check. My diet is clean. I am trying to get
under 200lbs. I am currently at 230lbs. I have come down from my PLing
comp wt of super/308.I do almost no arm work as I have been trying to get my arms to atrophy a bit(arm pump is much worse with direct arm work for racing).I have dropped upper arms to about 19 and my forearms have come down alot also.The arm pump situation has really improved by only getting stimulation indirectly.I really want to become very lean and athletic
but still enjoy strength and wt training.My focus changed after a really bad streetbike accident(2004) and Competing as a powerlifter at my former level could never be possible again.I feel maybe some mma trainng/supplementing
protocol would crossover to my racing goals. So anyone with knowledge
giving me some input on aas /ergos for endurance would be greatly appreciated.Oh yeah EQ, trt level of test are 2 I know I will use.Others?
epo is not an option with the Eq and personel choice. Thanks ...
