Pro Muscle has the best resources on the net. The best sponsors, best trainers, top pro's, knowledgeable staff and members. If i could give you one bit of advice that will save you YEARS of confusion and minimal results it would be this. Hire one of the trainers.
theres skip, Phil Hernon...etc. all this guess work, all the questions, all the little differences in your body vs. anyone elses, these guys have the know how to figure out. The best part is they TEACH you to do it for yourself. the teach you to be the expert. In the long run it will save you more money than it will cost you. The best decision i ever made, was hiring PHIL. this isnt a Phil Ad, that was just the person i hired, but Every one of the trainers on here are Pheonominal. pick one then learn as much as you can from them. it will be the best thing you can do for yourself.
