After a long and much needed rest I am back on track and thankful to BIG A that I have a greta board with alot of knowledgable people minus all the board drama bullshit to deal with. I have been here since its inception and have watched in wonder and amazement at how much this board has grown and developed into the premiere hard-core bodybuilding site on the net today. You all have done a wonderful job keep it up. And BIG KIWI what can I say BIG A said you were a big boy with excellent genetics but damn. I'm actually going to attacj and forward your pic's to Chad as I think he will be rightly impressed as was I. best wishes wyldeone. p.s. BIGMIKE,DEEPSQUAT,PYSIQUEARTIST,MR. I'm with 'ya. The drama everywhere else just takes away from the business side of the boards. Promuscle is all business, that's 10x more motivating than the pissing matches between the 170lb cybergeeks elsewhere.

This is by far the best board on the net right now. Most of the boy's from the Gade found their way here now..so it feels alot like home here these days.

And yes-this is the best damn board around no doubt! I dont know if Ive seen a question or topic that one of the vets here couldnt answer comprehensively. And, save the drama for you momma!
