best/cheapiest cardio machine

Need some advice.

I need to buy me some type of equipment for my apartment (stepper, elliptical, etc..).

I am working 13-14 hour days and I have to leave my apartment at 4:30am. Well my gym doesn't open until 4 so that doesn't leave me time to shower and get dress before work.

I searched for some equipment but I was wondering if anyone knew any specific models/name brands that were reliable and reasonable pricing. I want to spend the less amount of money but I don't want a piece of shit either...

By the way, it sucks trying to train hard after working 70+ hour weeks. I'm a engineer so I don't do physical work but my job is still stressful...I think 13 hours of anything everyday then having to train would suck...anyways, had to complain for one second

Cheapest form of cardio......get outside and walk/run.

If that's not an option, then id just go for a treadmill with an incline. Should be able to pick one of them up fairly cheap

Get a jump rope

Get one with weighted handles. Ouch. Get a heavy bag. Double ouch. Get some running shoes.

thanks for the advice guys but i'm not going out in the dark at 3:00 in the morning to run..I would have to carry a flash light and that would be annoying...thats why i'm looking for something for inside

Jump ropes are pretty cheap.

when I played basketball in high school, they had us find a park or something, and jump rope in the sand playground, holy hell, brutal.

Im looking for a cheap stair climber or elliptical also...dont got alot of cash and dont want something thats gunna fall apart
