I did much research on the topic and I’m dry carb loading right now as I write on bagels and fat free cream cheese, prior to that I had corn flakes and skim milk. Every 2-3 hours 100-150 grams of carbs until I reach about 1000-1200 grams of carbs (that number is based on my LBM times 12-14 grams carbs per pound of LBM).
Anything rice and potatoes make me feel bloated. Try to limit sucrose and fructose to less than 150 grams for the day, they are not as efficient at glycogen storage which is the goal of a carb load. Keep fat at very minimum, as fat and carbs get stored as fat very easily.
Best thing to do is pick a single clean carb source (i.e. potatoes, rice, bagels, breads, corn, rice, oat cereal, pasta) and see how you feel and add another as you go along. If you throw in a bunch of stuff all at once and feel like crap you won’t know which one caused it.
