I remember 20 years ago bodybuilders were bulking off the dollar menu w $1 chix sandwiches. Now an egg McMuffin, a slice of ham, one egg, a slice of cheese and an English muffin goes for $7+

Places around me have a deal 2 for $4 I think and large coffee is $1. I don't eat them often (maybe 2x a year) but I've liked these since I was a kid and they were first introduced.

It seems like the price for everything is going up. Strawberries, zucchini, steak. Not nearly as bad as the lines in grocery stores or Walmart. Years ago you could walk in a grocery store there would be 3 employees waiting at the end of their register waiting for a customer, now it's 5+ minutes waiting in line for a self checkout. In my states bags are no more, gotta bring your own bag to carry your groceries out or buy a reusable bag.

Yeah they've always got some type of 2 for 1 deal but I rarely have mcdonals and when I do its because of convenience. It's usually when im out of town and needing something quick to eat in the morning. Yeah $3 for a hash brown is ridiculous, I'll never pay that for a couple oz of fried potato.

In and out, steak and shake and white castle even sonic are far better than McDonald's. I only eat McDonald's breakfast once in a blue moon on road trips.

I love the potato buns at Shake Shack but their burgers are way too greasy. I probably only eat fast fast a handful of times a year and I almost always regret it, except In N Out, It sits pretty well. Hate their fries though.
