The Mini Thins were Ephedrine, not Ephedra. Ephedra is the herb which didn't have the same effect, not even close. I took 4 Mini Thins on a bench day and added to 20lbs to my max! I could feel my hair tingling!!

We used to drink Razor Ripped before a workout, which was Ephedrine based, and sometimes throw in a Turbo Tea, which was caffeine and sugar. Great workouts and fun times! This was roughly '96. It would kill me now..LOL!!

How do the different forms of ephedrine affect metabolism? My bronkaid has ephedrine sulfate...but I feel like back in the day ripped fuel, xenadrine, eca stack had a herbal version?

Brother, there are days when I hit 1000mg of caffeine a day..I don’t even realize it until my teeth feel like they are tingling.

I’ve been awake for 2 hours now and have had 340mg of caffeine

They used ephedra.
bronkaid is like taking no doze - single active ingredient.

Ephedra is like drinking coffee - 'herb' which contains the active plus whatever else is in the plant.

I love those 500mg preworkout. They cost the same as 200mg one. I take half of the scoop and have a tub 2x longer

IFBB pro Dave Fisher had a column in MMI and he said he took 8-10 ephedrine pre-workout with a pot of coffee and his partner took 10-12 IIRC, so that's what I tried. Somewhat too much. I was like 16 or 17. Later on I went to daily use for about a decade, about 100 or 150mg every day. 50mg ephedrine tabs from Turkey or Spain

I used to take 75mg of ephedrine when I was playing in Pro-Am leagues in San Diego and Atlanta.
Id play my game, then head to the rec to play some more. It was like the actual game was just a warm up, then we would head to the rec(SDSU ARC) and run for a few hours.
