Best gym to train in Destin

I usually spend a week in Destin every June on vacation. For years I always trained at Golds. Any other recommendations? Golds seems to be going downhill here.

Will do. Fort Walton use to be the place years ago for spring break early 90’s.

Last time I was in “Destin” I stayed in Seagrove and used Grayton Beach Fitness. Solid choice - cheap and enough equipment for a vacation pump.

Back in the 80s there was a bodybuilder from fort Walton Beach named Frank calta...he coined a training routine called rotation for recuperation...he was a mr america competitor...I think he recently passed away...

Trying out Destin athletic club in the morning. My daughter (17) just got into working out this past year. She’s got a set of wheels on her and she’s just starting. All those years of dance paid off for something.
