GUYS, I AM TRYING TO LOSE THIS FAT OFF MY BACK ABOVE THE LOVEHANDLES AND MY LOVE HANDLES PERIOD......HAS NEONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND? WHAT WORKS OR WORKED FOR YOU? THANKS GUYS.....
 
This is one of the last places MOST people lose fat. Its a matter of just getting your bodyfat lower.....PERIOD.

walking up steep hills at a steady pace seems to help burn that area post workout for around 30 mins,

additionally squats and lunges help bring that area back into shape in addition to a good back routine.

the "love handle" area is known as the insulin spot. Which means if thats the place you sore fat the most its probably because your insulin sensativity is poor, so you would probably be better off with a low carb approach/ keto approach. There is no such thing as spot reducing. I mean yeah you can tighten the muscle up in the area but if there still fat youll still have love handles.
 
You cannot train an area to lose the fat. Spot reduction isn't possible without plastic surgery so as Main said all you can do is keep dieting. Everyone has an area that's last to go and this is yours. Enjoy your cardio and eat clean.

don't think so ...

love handles are the last place where I lose fat, only overall fat loss exist and if u diet / cardio long enough u'll lose them ... but at the end

well what works for one may not work for an other, lunges certainly helped me tighten down my lovehandle area probably because they really work my fat ass ie the glute medius and minimus, and walking up steep hills at least makes me think I am working that areas more, the only other thing I can honestly say helped once but I don't use it now was yohimbine hcl.

They too are the last place I lose fat, but I beleive if you work hard on a speific area along with diet, you will start to get somewhere at least.

seems normal to me bro, if u start to work an area thta you don't work, for sure it'll tighten ...
