good wpi mixed in raw milk.
i'd doubt you'd see any difference at all from taking in any different protein source PWO. Whether it is casein, whey isolate, hydrolyzed whey or just having a meal, they all work.
Man if you can get some True Protein's LBA's , mix 3 ounces of vanilla with 12oz raw milk and it taste like drinking melted vanilla icecream !!

I used syntha 6 for a long time. I switched over to Team Skip from Trueprotein.com
Syntha 6 now makes me sick to my stomach when I drink it. My body can truly tell the difference.

Million opinions but for what it's worth I like Gaspari Intrapro Isolate. Tastes good high protein/calorie ratio and cost effective for me. Random question.....
