Best post workout protein?!

I have been using Syntha 6 as my primary post protein, but am tiring of it...Anything better?!

Million opinions but for what it's worth I like Gaspari Intrapro Isolate. Tastes good high protein/calorie ratio and cost effective for me. Random question.....

Man if you can get some True Protein's LBA's , mix 3 ounces of vanilla with 12oz raw milk and it taste like drinking melted vanilla icecream !!

i'd doubt you'd see any difference at all from taking in any different protein source PWO. Whether it is casein, whey isolate, hydrolyzed whey or just having a meal, they all work.

I like whatever doesn't bloat me and make me not want to eat my next meal. True Protein is more than good. Maybe some Biotest Metabolic Drive. That stuff tastes awesome.

I used syntha 6 for a long time. I switched over to Team Skip from Trueprotein.com

Syntha 6 now makes me sick to my stomach when I drink it. My body can truly tell the difference.

I got a ton of isopure for around 70% off retail...I don't know if it's superior to other types of whey but I don't get bloated so I stick with it.

I have used Team Skip for a long time now. I would use 1 scoop of that and a couple servings of LBA mixed in water...and things went great.

I use True Protien pure WPI, you know what you have is pure and unsweetened. But the taste is far from being as good as Gaspari Intrapro. The Vanilla Intrapro is hands-down the best tasting Vanilla protein on the market by a longshot. It's got some carbs though, but that's okay PWO.

syntha 6 usermyself because it doesnt make me nautious and its not gritty and thick! i use lowfat milk tho also.
