I have a friend who wants to start lifting properly. Had done 3 weeks here 4 weeks there but never stuck to a routine for a period of time. However he want to train with me but I am doing DC 2day split so i think its little bit advanced for him, especially with the Rp and constantly beating the log book.
I don't want him to be in there 5 days a week spinning his wheels like used to but looking for ideas for an effective split for him
