Best time to take Taurine

I know i saw a post on this months ago but i am not sure how to do a search for it.. When and how much is the best tiem to take Taurine and really what does it do?
I thought there was a search box but i do not see one from here...

I don't know if this is correct or not - when I use it, I do 9-12g divided into 3 doses ED. I need to check with Superior about some more.

Thanks and i will keep my eyes open to ssee what else floats in.. stuff taste gross is all i know... what is it used for..muscle cramps and recovery?

it is a cell volumizer i think and up to 15g in 3 divided doses is what i've read..

i plan to try it and some CEE

bodybuilding.com came up on a google search for Taurine and it was very enlightening... looks like 3 doses of 10 grams ED is best...but keep YOUR results coming in ..

taurine kicks ass. ive never noticed a whole lot from creatine. im liking cee but the results are still not all that great. but the pumps im getting from taurine are freaking awesome. i use 4 grams before and 4 grams after my workouts. on off days i do it in my morning shake and once at some other time of the day.shits cheap as hell and it works

So 4 grams would be (8) 500mg caps, correct?

Tastes bad??? I can't taste it all, always has been tasteless for me. Mix up 20g in gatorade can't even tell it's in there.

guess i should mix it with something then...i just tossed into my moiuth and swished it down with soem water..i'll throw it in with my 3 shakes a day at 4 grams a shot..
