Both the same for me. I can inject both no problem.

What size pins are y'all using for bi's?

Outside is less painful for me. I use 27 G X 1/2" pins and they are very comfortable outside and inside.

25g x 1" to both outside and inside. I found outside to be completely pain free while inside a little more tricky with veins. Both are a favourite spot none the less.

I hate doing both, but I do them every now and then anyway. I rarely ever inject either side without hitting a vein or a nerve. It just makes my bi's look better when I shoot 'em, so that's why I still do it.
