i want to do some spot inj in my biceps i went to spot injections.com for pictures and i can feel where the two heads seperate but their pictures on the outer head are kind of confusing in the picture it looks like it is on the inside of the main vein but i read in a thread and it stated to shoot on the outside of the main vein for the outer head i'm kind of confused, was hoping you guys might be able to answer this correctly

You need to be able to identify each head and avoid any visible veins (I can't see any unless I'm REALLY lean). Try and visualize where the end of the pin ends up. It'd seem like if you angled the shot for each head at too sharp an angle towards the middle, the injections could end up relatively close.
