Forget all those magazines I have read, I want to know what you all think is the best for building the peak of the bicep.:s:ar-wars

If you don't have a peak now, you'll never develop one :(

I have seen some pros with outrageous peaks, in fact it doesn't even look thick, just a peak.
I am thick, but there has to be a way. perhaps on my next cycle I should really concentrate on the arms.
I really only think my arms and legs are lacking at the moment anyway.

It is down to genetics. Try doing a lot of close grip stuff (cable curls etc) this will work the outer head more and help things abit.

while having a peak in your picep IS mostly genetic (either you have one or you dont. kevin levrone didn't even though his arms were huge) bodybuilding is about illusion. work the brachialis, which is the knot shaped muscle that is on the outside of your arm. it actually runs under the bicep and developing it will add to the illusion of a peak. do incline hammer curls and close grip pulley curls with a rope attachment as well as ez bar curls with an overhand grip.

great post. my arms are definitely something i want to bring up, and i would say i dont have a peak, so i am very interested in how to bring up the arms effectively.
 
If you don't have geneticaly a bi-peak you will probably never have one but size is a different story, the sky is the limit. :D
 
I need to digress just a bit on my response. I have developed somewhat of a peak on my left arm within the past 4-5 years. How did I do it? I had a slight muscle tear on the inner biceps head. It has clearer separation between the inner and outer heads and bunches up when flexed - versus the other biceps, which doesnt have either the separation or height (bunching up).

My last cycle of syntherol did wonders for me.
I am amazed on how it added girth and increased the peak, and i never injected the outside head.
now i realize that my arms actually were balanced, because now I think my Tri's are way too small in comparison.
If anyone seriously wants to get just the peak up, I would suggest Syntherol (http://www.synthetek.com/) and just hit the outer head. I am gonna wait though until I get my triceps up to par, and i would rather not tri to inject an SEO there.
