My apologies for taking so long to post a reply, I have been flat to the Matt.
Off season.
I train EOD following what I would say is a mix between DC training and heavy duty Dorian Yates type training, I will train 2 weeks heavy one week light and repeat. My diet gets fairly loose in the off season as I find eating clean all the time does not provide the amount of Kcal I need to grow. So I shoot for 2g protein per lb of body weight and anything else within reason goes though I try to eat clean as much as I can. Typical meal would be 2 large chicken breasts, hand full of brown rice and 2 scoops of weight gainer. Some days I will eat or drink 6 meals, some days it could be 10. I have a cheat meal most days to get extra kcal, even if its something like subway or similar. Cardio is done 3-4 times a week and I try to get some pad and bag work in each week. I will drink as much water as possible, in the off season nothing gets weighed, I am too busy eating and drinking. However everything changes pre contest. So stay tuned for part 2.
