ok im following this program and im at the point where i finished all the ramps and im ready to start the maintenance program. on the edurance days they have you doing anywhere from 20-50 reps. they just list the body part, 3 sets, 25 reps, and 3 minutes rest period. so im thinking 25 reps per set resting 3 min. between sets. is that correct or is it 25 total reps by the end of your 3rd set?
 
eeeewwwwww.....thats gonna hurt a bit. thanks for clearing that up.
 
so now your on level 2 right? its a bitch, the 50 rep squts suck ass!!!! level three doesnt make much sense to me but whatever, if you figure it out let me know. how do you like the program???
 
Im currently using this

as well. Great program used it years ago & just got my hands on it recently and am starting week 6 tomorrow. So far having great workouts with it!

first off lucian im not talking to you until you get me that info i've been waiting for buddy....lol....in case you haven't made the connection...im the one that emailed you earlier today about sending me the "supplement info" you had. im not really mad at you by the way. ..

i went through all three ramps so im finished with that. im at the point now where they want you to set up your own program based on what you know from the 3 ramps etc.... i absolutely love this program because i can hit every body part 2 or 3 times a week without feeling mentally and physically beat up. i look forward to every workout. since i can't be in the gym 6 days a week i've crafted the program around a 5 day a week gym schedule. i used to think being in the gym this much would be killing my efforts but after reading big beyond belief, some posts by phil hernon, and others i realize that its counter productive to work a bodypart then give it 4,5,6 days rest before hitting it again. its like taking 1 step forward and 10 steps back. so now the most i go is 1-2 days rest before hitting a bodypart again and man its working wonders. im in the gym for about 40min, hard, intense, no more than 3 sets per exercise, one exercise per bodypart and im done....and im growing!!!!

the guy who's getting me ready for next year's USA's had the nerve to want to change my program and i told him, im paying you to do everything but mess with my current workout routine. thats it!!!

hey lucian are you doing the USA's next year?
