This is the time of year I pack on the weight.
Presently Im 258lbs 10-12% BF, 20 1/2 bis, 52 chest, 30 quads 35 waist 5'8"
Ive taken the past 6 weeks off from training to have my head straight and my system clean.
I respond well to most anything...my question:
With money not an obsticle, what would be the more experienced members suggestions for my next cycle. I'm planning on running 20-25 weeks.( my usual) Id like to do the nations this year, so it's balls to the walls for me.
I'll say no more and see what kind of input I get. Im open to all opinions and suggestions. Im usually the one giving out training advice- I figure it's my turn to learn from others experiences.
So, that being said......
ANY SUGGESTIONS??????
