on your picture thread i noticed that you stated only 2 exercises for delts, did i read this correctly, also when you do cable laterals to the rear what exactly do you mean?
Yeah bro thats right hold cable behind back and do side laterals. Yeah only do two exercises such small muscle group any more I feel I am overtraining especially because try go heavy as poss on the bn shoulder press.
