^ well you answered my question right there so disregard my PM BIG A. I do have a question though. Of course everyone knows you got to lift heavy to get big.
I like to think that when I lift with a spotter, I can lift more because he's there helping me that extra couple of reps. But what am I to do when I don't have a spotter? when i don't have a spotter I try to get the heaviest weight I can do by myself for a decent amount of reps. some people call it cheating when you have a spotter but i would like to think different. Even if I might not be puhing that last rep 100% by myself due to the spotter, I think that's better than doing a lesser weight correct?
