well IM A HUGE FAN of fruit smoothies ever since i had my first one a couple days ago... GOOD GOD these things are fruggen delicious!! lets see what i had I had pineapple juice, pineapple sherbet,frozen strawberries, nonfat plain yogurt, frozen banana and ice... damn delicious im tellin yah, i added some of my supps into the shake, some creatine and multi-vitamin powder (1/2 serving). this thing was soo good But i wil only have one a day and towards the beggining of the day either during my workout or post workout when im craving carbs. I know tho too many of these wont be good for my conditioning . anyone have recipies they would like to share?
