110-120 to 60 is picture perfect, especially for being on Gear, impressive! Wouldn't fuck with any BP Meds if you don't need to.
That sounds more like an exertion headache. I tend to get those when I am neglecting my water and mineral intake. Do you sweat a lot when you workout? Are you a salty sweater? Did you drink enough before and during the workout, and get enough salt?
I'd talk with a doc if it doesn't go away though. Do you get headaches not related to lifting/strenuous activities?
Hmm, you may have a point there with the water intake as I'm doing legs first thing in the morning. Probably don't have enough fluid in my body.
And no, no other headaches to speak of other than when training legs
