These are only out of range values. Other values are in range so I didn’t list them.
41y old, 270lbs. On and off AAS since I was 33.

RBC- 6.12. Range 4.10 – 5.70
HGB – 17.4. Range 13.0 – 17.0
Hematocrit – 52,6%. Range 39.0 – 51.0
CK – 507. Range <=200
HDL – 38. Range >=40
ALT – 64. Range 0-36

I am off everything for the last 2 months. Last cycle was test and tren In Jun/July and after that 300 test only till mid November.

I am also on losartan/amlodipine and paxil, which can probably cause liver ALT elevated.

Not sure about CK. Its pretty high but I do workout 5 days a week and am sore all the time from heavy lifting. Brake between workouts and test was 2 days only.

What you guys think?

I am curious what they would have looked like during the end of your cycle and at the start of Nov on 300mg. I have never seen evidence (many blood tests over a short time) but I definitely think coming off everything can worsen blood test results. It throws the body off in many ways in a sense. I am not stating that has happened with you but just a thought I have.

Nothing looks too bad. The CK is to be expected for someone who trains so regularly. The ALT is nothing at all but sure a good liver product would be great.

HDL is not too bad (wait till you see mine in the thread I will do later). Obviously if you aren't already add in a variety of fats (especially omega 3 rich sources) and try to reduce any sugary carbs. Add in more greens and make sure fiber is at adequate levels. If you aren't already Jarrow's citrus bergamot or NOW Foods Cholesterol Pro would be worth adding. Then comes the many other effective cholesterol supplements.

The red blood cell results are nothing too bad but sure you need to get them down. Have you given blood recently?

I should add though if those are your results now who knows how bad they were a few months ago. Do you suffer from sleep apnea? Perhaps you need to lose some weight. I know you look great but the added weight definitely doesn't help matters.

Thank Elvia.
I never donated blood, but i may start doing it now.
will also get on some liver supplements.

Yeah, just keep an eye on that HCT and HGB. I found that even when I was cruising on 300 mg/wk test cyp that those values wouldn't decrease after running a big cycle. I thought since I was taking much less than a cycle that the values would come down but they did just the opposite. My hemoglobin and hematocrit would actually rise some when cruising on just 300 mg test/wk. It rose really slowly, but over time it accumulates and then you on your next cycle blast and it climbs even higher. The RBCs just continue to build up and never have a chance to go down. That was my experience at least.

I think if you were to get a phlebotomy or give blood during each time you are off cycle that will bring it back down to where it should be. A good level for your hemoglobin (HGB) would be between 15 and 16. Remember that once you go on cycle it will get higher, its not a question of if it will but rather how high will it go.

Great. I would also recommend drinking lots of water. Plus if you can cruise on a lower dose (150mg). When cruising I would do very frequent injections with slin pins as it will should increase the effectiveness of the lower dose (higher free test and lower estrogen). That combined with occasionally donating blood should bring down (and keep them down) all your blood values.

Liver supplement = Synthergine

I have been on sdrol (it was good too) and my liver values are great. My GGT value was actually just below the range so I am going to lower my synthergine dose :D

Forgot to mention, i do have Sleep Apnea and have been on Cpap for last 2 years.
which can be a reason for higher RBC HGB HCT

Hey I got your PM. Sorry for the late response.

I would speak to your primary care provider that is overseeing your CPAP therapy and possibly ask for another sleep study. Assuming this is related to your elevated RBC/HH. Which I suspect it more than likely is.

Otherwise your CK, ALT aren't overly concerning. More than likely relative to either your Rx and exercise. Or a combination of both. Your HDL could use some addressing by means of cardio and some diet changes. What was your triglycerides and glucose levels by chance?

What's your diet like, if you don't mind sharing?

Thank you Stewie

Dr did tell me that elevated hgb, and hct are probably due to sleep apnea I have.
I will check in with my apnea specialist about it.

Diet is ok, nothing too bad or too clean, just normal for now. Mostly meat, chicken and rice / potatoes. Some veggies and veggi drinks. Protein shakes. I do eat lots of bread and sweets which I have to limit or stop.

High cholesterol runs In my family. My dad is on meds for hc.

Blood glucose 87
Hgb a1c. -5.8%
Estimated gluc 120

Triglyceride- 130
Cholesterol -214

Thank you

Not that your triglycerides are crazy high, although I'd try to lower them.

Triglycerides and HDL have an inverse relationship. Meaning when one goes up, the other goes down. One issue that surrounds an elevated triglyceride level is that HDL loses a portion of the cardiovascular protective function. As well, our HDL is removed from our bloodstream more rapidly. Ultimately having a lowering effect on our HDL values.

I would suggest cutting back on starchy foods, upping your omega 3 intake and try to get more fiber enriched foods.

How much cardio do you do per week?

Aside from helping boost your HDL, cognition, overall health. It may help reduce your RBC/HH. Normally the RBC turnover rate for a sedentary individual is around 120 days +/-. As for individuals that engages in cardio sessions, the turnover rate for RBC is quite a bit less at around 70 +/-.

As few things to think about :)

Thanks stewie .
Cardio... I def need to invest more time in that. And will starting Monday.

Wondering if anyone ever invested in to something like this? Seems like a good idea for people who use aas.

Just donated blood and my hgb was 16.1 which is good
And blood was flowing so fast that I was done in 10 min:)

5.7% - 6.4% A1C is pre-diabetic range. Do you eat a lot of carbs?

I take L-Methionine, Choline and inositol for liver and the combo has decreased my ALT AST nicely. I heard it was an old school combo that cleanses. I recommend it and had blood work to show a change.
