Is low dose asprin enough? Would mixing something like asprin and natto be over kill? What do you think you can mix and should not mix?

From everything i've seen/read is it could be overkill.. BUT i believe emeric_delczig takes natto and a script blood thinner with no issues.

I'd say the only way to know for sure is to get your bloodwork and go about your supplements accordingly.

This is a suggestion though, i have no first hand experience.

Using blood thinners without regular blood work is really, really risky. You'd be better served to run baby aspirin once a day, plus donate Red Blood Cells and Platelets as often as allowed while on cycle and PCT.

What is natto?

I supplement CoQ-10 with great effect. If anything comes up I just get the generic aspirin made by equate, 1 or 2 pills (325 mg) work wonders.

There are several reports concerning the effect of CoQ10 on blood pressure in human studies.[55]
A recent (2007) meta-analysis of the clinical trials of CoQ10 for hypertension reviewed all published trials of coenzyme Q10 for hypertension, and assessed overall efficacy, consistency of therapeutic action, and side-effect incidence. Meta-analysis was performed in 12 clinical trials (362 patients) comprising three randomized controlled trials, one crossover study, and eight open-label studies. The meta-analysis concluded that coenzyme Q10 has the potential in hypertensive patients to lower systolic blood pressure by up to 17 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure by up to 10 mm Hg without significant side-effects.[56
