Hi ppl, i have this crazy idea idk if someone have tried this but i want to try a blood transfusion for increasing more red cells count so i can get more vascular and more oxygen to my muscles, this will increase viscosity but can be monitored easily. The idea is to add 1000 extra ml.
I need advice ppl.

A blood transfusion? Crazy is right!...and who do you think will perform that??

With an increased RBC you want to keep viscosity low, otherwise you wind up like the dead cyclists from years ago who's blood got too thick and caused them to have a heart attack.

Drugs like EPO, Anadrol, Equipose, etc along with a low bodyfat percentage will make you vascular...having low BF is a must.

are you serious? you might have more complications than just blood viscosity, you want to be more vascular? lose more fat

It absolutely doesn't take a higher RBC count to increase vascularity... if anything, an increased RBC/Hematocrit/Hemoglobin will lead your skin/face to get stupidly reddish as if you were drunk - or worse, on the verge of having a stroke... :eek:

Trust everyone here, you want to LOWER those numbers, not the opposite (which in fact will make you feel much healthier). Not to mention the potential risks of infection if you resort to an auto-transfusion, or to some dirty blood coming from god knows where... :(

DIET HARDER.

Hahahaha, seriously?
Theres a concierge clinic here in my town. Arrogant dr wanted to be known for 'cutting edge' treatments. About 4 months ago he did exactly this for 3 people. Claimed it would help with their illness, boost immune system, blah blah blah. The 2 women ended up in the hospital, almost dead from it. The guy, who was a friend of mine and a great bodybuilder, didnt make it to the hospital and died in his home. Something was wrong with the blood supply, and it litterally caused immediate systemic infection and sepsis.
So, why not try to just do what is known to work? You know... diet, exercise, correct supplementation?
