In the past six months I have blown both of my hamstrings. The hamstrings injuries occured from sprinting and not being properly warmed up. So my first thought was warm up better dumb ass wich I will do, but after watching a muscular development video of Branch Warren he stated he no longer does striaght leg deads for the hamstring reason. That caught my attention because I have been doing a lot of straight leg deads. The goal is to be in the gym all the time and not be injured so I am thinking about modifying my work out and eliminating striaght legs deads, any thoughts?
