Do you ever have your glutes get so tight that it screws up your lower back and makes it hurt to walk and sit in a car or chair????

A deep massage on both sides of the tailbone area worked for me. for me it was the muscles that were surrounding the tailbone area. I was laying down one time and just started massaging that area and when I hit it i nearly jumped off my bed, it hurt, but i kept at it and massaged the muscles loose and, viola, my back ache was gone. It was bothering me for 2 months.

You need to stretch those hamstrings 3 times a day period. I have the same thing there to tight that is why it happens. Sit on a bench put one leg up on it and stretch hold for 20 seconds and then do it again. Change legs try to get your chest as close to your quad and feel it pull your lower back. Hope it helps.

Yup, sometimes, when walking, that shit would flare up on me and buckle my knees. I had a hard time sleeping on my right side, couldn't swing my leg over when sleeping on that side cuz it would kill my back.

for me it was that muscle i was talking about. It's closer to the crack of the ass and deep on both side of the tailbone. Try to find it, if you jump, you've found it. massage the shit out of it and follow the muscle up to the lower back, Dude it was like instant relief. I'm not saying it's the same situation, but it doesn't hurt to try. I stretch like a mofo everyday now, especially the hams and glutes and don't forget those hip flexors, those could fuck you up too.

Good luck bro!
