Any body been stupid enough to buy this garbage???...Well I did...I needed protien and my supp shop was closed so was at walmart and saw it for $12.00...What a steal I thought...Everytime after I take this garbage I get headaches and a lil nausiated...Not to mention it gives you the runs too...Terrible stuff...

I tried this brand and got horrible gas everytime.

I must be weird, I use it and it works out great for me. The only thing I truly hate about it is the "grit" from the creatine that it contains. It is not my exclusive protien of choice, but when you need a quick meal it suffices.

Do you guys mix it with anything? I normally just make a pudding out of it with: 2 scoops + 1 splenda and 2 tablespoons of anpb, a touch of cinnamon and vanilla extract.

I been mixing 2 scoops with milk and 1 tbls of extra virgin oil, creatine and glutamine...I just dont feel good after I drink it...I have never had a problem with any protein besides this one...

Ohh, I think it is the added creatine and glutamine bro. Do not add any. It is loaded with creatine and glutamine already; that is why it kind of tastes bad. Read the label. The EVOO should be fine though. With the milk you have been adding..you will live on the white throne. I just use water; never milk.

Unless its pure whey isolate i get the ruins. Well, except for LBA's! They turn my poop green though.
