GUYS.. i have the video.. it is a very good video.. the only thing that is "pathetic" is the throwing of the bar by branch's training partner and i gurantee mits told him to throw it for effect.. branch is very serious about his training.. he will curse sometimes.. and scream but, that is his thing.. the video is pretty good and he is extremely strong.. he looks great.. and in his interview is very down to earth.. so is his training partner.. like i said.. i am sure the throwing of the bar was for effect.. plus brian owns the gym and does the same exact stuff.. so.. now.. that shiot would not happen in my gym but, it does not bother brian..

Why does it bother some people? Everyone trains differently. Lee Priest stated many times how he never makes a peep in the gym....doesn't need to verbalize his pain. Others...Ronnie, Yates, and Branch, psych themselves up to train. It's all in how you approach your training and a lot has to do w/ your personality.

You know his form wasn't really all that bad. I thought he was gonna break his back on those standing overhead presses, but he was lifting some heavy weight. I guess the real purpose of these videos is to sell yourself as "hardcore" to everyone who wants to be "hardcore." Personally, I don't buy these kinds of videos b/c music motivates me and gets me to focus more than a video will.
Hey so when is story time with Lats again. I do miss a good story. Come on Lats. I know you got a list of stories a mile long over there. Give us another good one. Learned a lot from the last one.
