Since being on slin my diet is very boring so on off days I like to get in as many different foods as possible some of the past meals Ive had..

basmati rice, with avocado/tomato relish, chicken breast

chocolate whey protein mixed w/ almond butter and put on ezekial bread.

chicken + almond + pineapple + green pepper stif fry

salmon + almond butter oven baked

cold treat... basmati rice+ blue berries+ banana + cottage cheese+ whey iso + almond butter mixed together

Thats all i could remember

Everyday at lunch I have 4oz Shredded chicken 6oz 90/10 Grass Fed Beef half an avacado covered with Louisianna hotsauce. I mix it all together in a bowl and it is amazing.

I'm going to try ground up lean turkey instead of shredded chicken.

The salmon plus almond butter sounds pretty dang good; may have to give that a try.

Weird little meal

The most recent meal that I made that was pretty interesting was, a certain type of jello, instead of using the sugar packs or even the sugar free / fat free ones, I decided id buy the pure gelatin and make my own. I used the gelatin and combined it with some diet 7 up and also tried it with Diet Dr pepper, and Diet root beer. All of it turned out really good , and for even more sweetness I sprinkeld some powdered stevia on it .

It really curves your apetite for something sweet or just some low calorie food in jello.

Bulking Feed:
chicken breast shredded or cubed.
brown rice
peas

season with salt and whatever else you want , like oldbay, hotsaucce, cheddar powder!

Ive tried hard making my meals 2 times per week its hard. i found a meat place that makes the meals for are nfl team during pre season and they deliver 2 times a week fresh lean meals all kinds of fish lean beef chicken breast makes it easy for me to keep track of what im eating as each meal is broke down in calories and protein and so on
