Yeah boil not broil..
Boiling the chicken takes out all the fat, oil and sodium.. Tasts like rubber.. Who has the balls to eat it though? I struggled to choke this stuff down, but i had to do what i thought was necessary.. I used to get far behind in my prep.. The reason being was i was so fat off season..a real porker.
Im sure glad im not resorting to this method of cooking anymore.. My prep starts this weekend and i plan on just using the good old bbq.
