Interesting. 50 years ago (in my lifetime) a mostly all ‘machine’ gym would be the kiss of death.

True still I. Eat he does less than 10% of his training at home. PT clients I bet are 90% of what goes on there.

I'm sure he has a back room in there with the really good stuff like barbells, plates, dumbells racks when he does work out at home.

Heaps of great gyms in Vegas. Anybody who has been to them, can you give me / us a swag (scientific wild as guess) as to the ratio of machines to free weights.

I’m thinking half and half but wtf do I know? Have not been in a huge ‘mega gym in forever.

50 years ago we also drove cars without air conditioning and ABS, ESR, etc. - does this mean that we should still drive without it?

He had another video of a extra room that has a huge rack of dbs and adjust benches.. but he is a sponsored athlete through panatta.. so im sure if it was nt free it was very close to it..

And boxes of Serostim a candy jar full of dball and abombs and a massage chair lol. Ronnie’s home gym was pretty basic to though. I mean even as a pro you’re talkin what 80K plus to build and outfit a decent home gym with commercial stuff. I got prolly 15 K in my garage and bought most used. It’s big money

I don’t think so man I got a different vibe from those old videos of Polumbo visiting Kai in the projects. He seemed content and appreciative of what he had.
